Jonathan is the K - 2 winner of the NJEA 150th
Anniversary art contest. Mrs. Wolf’s
SAGE offering at Woodside School
gave students the opportunity to participate in an artistic challenge to create
a design that would capture the spirit of the 150th anniversary of
NJEA. Jonathan accepted this charge and
Mrs. Wolf submitted his design. His
winning artwork will be displayed at the world’s largest educational gathering
– the NJEA Convention in Atlantic City
on November 6 and 7, 2003. It will also
be featured on NJEA’s website, www.njea.org, and in a future NJEA
publication. In addition, the drawing
will be on display and featured in the NJEA gala celebration on November 22 at
the War Memorial in Trenton. Jonathan also received a $ 25. gift certificate to Barnes and Noble.
