Talented Woodside Students

Through a SAGE Newsletter offering, a second grade student and a kindergarten student, entered their artwork in the Neuroscience for Kids Drawing Contest. The theme of their illustration had to be My brain helps. The second grade winner said,”My brain helps me Think and Move”. His prize is the book, Sound: Loud, Soft, High, and Low by Natalie M. Rosinsky. The kindergartener said, “My brain helps my heart beat” and he received the book, Tasting by Helen Frost. We are very proud of both boys!
