River Vale Schools Basic Skills Program
The Basic Skills program is designed to address the needs of students who
are experiencing difficulty in the areas of reading, writing, or mathematics.
Basic Skills assistance is focused on the child's individual
area(s) of need and is directly linked to the district's curriculum.
Assistance may be provided within or outside the classroom setting.
The goal of this program is for students to eventually be able to function
without outside intervention.
