Peer helpers is a group of 8th graders who are selected by their academics, ability to speak in front of their peers, and demonstrate a sense of caring and responsibility. They are trained in the spring and can be seen around the school at various activities including 6th grade orientation, back to school night, graduation, visits to the 5th graders at the elementary schools and volunteering their time as tutors to their peers throughout the school year.
