Anti-Bullying Law

dg

In January of 2011, the "Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act" became law.  This important new law reinforces the River Vale School District's "Commitment to Excellence", respectful behavior and creating a safe school environment for all students.  NJ School Districts will celebrate a "Week of Respect" annually, as well as, providing student assemblies to reinforce this goal.  A link to policies and procedures regarding harassment, intimidation and bullying are posted below.  Parents are encouraged to join us in these efforts.
